Content Marketing Platform for Chiropractors

We built a full-funnel Meta ad strategy using video-first creatives and lead forms with smart qualification logic to attract and convert premium chiropractic clinics. The result was a scalable system delivering high-quality leads with strong ROAS and efficient CPL.


Challenge


Contente, a content marketing platform tailored specifically for chiropractors, faced the unique challenge of generating high-quality leads within a narrow niche. The goal was not just to attract chiropractors, but to qualify those offering premium care plans valued over $2,500. The campaign needed to maintain a strong return on ad spend (ROAS) while keeping the cost per lead (CPL) low.

Additionally, Contente had to position itself as a specialized solution in contrast to more generic agency offerings and build a scalable lead generation funnel without compromising lead quality.


Approach


To meet these goals, we launched Meta ad campaigns using a video-first approach, with creatives designed to evoke trust, urgency, and leverage social proof. Each ad directed traffic to lead forms containing qualification questions such as revenue thresholds, types of services offered, and care plan pricing—ensuring only ideal prospects entered the funnel. Ad hooks like “Doctor CEOs say: We need more patients” and “Start more care plans with our videos” were A/B tested to identify top-performing messaging.

Weekly optimization was conducted to refine CPL and improve submission quality, while conditional logic within the lead forms automatically filtered out low-fit clinics, streamlining backend lead handling.


Results


The campaign successfully generated 221 qualified leads directly on-platform while maintaining a strong average CPL of $69.30. High-performing ad sets brought costs down further, achieving CPLs as low as $39.13.

Most impressively, the video campaigns reached up to 7.23X ROAS, proving that niche targeting combined with a well-structured lead funnel could deliver scalable, cost-efficient growth for Contente in a highly specialized market.
