We served as a full-service marketing partner for martial arts schools across the U.S., delivering qualified leads and building scalable enrollment pipelines using localized Meta ads, CRM automation, and review systems.

Challenge
The goal was to generate a steady flow of qualified student leads for martial arts schools operating in competitive local markets. Each location had a limited budget and needed high-quality leads that converted to paying students. Additionally, the campaign had to ensure scalability across multiple locations with consistent cost-efficiency and results.
Approach
We implemented geo-targeted Meta ad campaigns tailored for individual martial arts schools, emphasizing local trust and urgency with offers such as “Free Trial Class” and “$99 Summer Program.”
Ad creatives featured studio branding, family-friendly visuals, and strong calls to action.
CRM automations (Go High Level) were used to nurture leads with SMS/email follow-ups and convert them into booked appointments.
Weekly reporting tracked CPL, trial bookings, and sign-up ratios, allowing continuous optimization by school and region.


Results
The campaigns generated an average of 191 leads per month with a lean monthly ad spend of $2,093, bringing the average cost per lead down to just $10.95. These leads consistently converted into 67 new student sign-ups monthly, translating to approximately $10,035 in recurring revenue based on a $105/month membership rate. Overall, the strategy delivered a 4.79X return on ad spend (ROAS), proving highly effective and scalable across multiple martial arts school locations.
