High-Ticket Coaching (Marriage Counseling)
We built and scaled a full-funnel paid strategy for a high-ticket coaching program targeting married men, leveraging segmented messaging and retargeting to boost qualified leads and booked sales calls—profitably and predictably.

Challenge
The main challenge was to increase the number of qualified leads for marriage counseling while maintaining cost-effective lead acquisition and scaling campaigns effectively. The objective was to drive more sales calls and appointments, targeting married men aged 35 and older, with messaging that addressed their specific pain points such as saving marriages and managing family dynamics.
Approach
To tackle this, we conducted thorough audience research and segmented the target demographic accordingly. We created visually engaging ad creatives and tested multiple hooks across various formats, including video and image ads. Retargeting campaigns were deployed to re-engage warm leads, while multiple funnels—such as triage and webinar funnels—were built and optimized for maximum conversions.
Performance was closely monitored with tools like Hyros, allowing us to adjust budgets and strategies based on key metrics like ROAS, CPL, CPM, and CTR.


Results
The campaign yielded impressive results, generating 2,785 leads at an average cost of $6.22 per lead. Triage calls increased by 50%, with over 294 calls booked at an average cost of $64.15 each, leading to 159 closed sales and $52,961 in revenue.
The top campaigns achieved a ROAS of 6.01 and a profit of $35,641, while the cost per sale was reduced to $437.80. Even with a 30% increase in ad spend, the campaign maintained a CPL below $10, showcasing effective scaling without sacrificing efficiency.
