Partnered with a small credit repair business to build a full-funnel system from the ground up, including CRM automation, review generation, and Facebook Ads with a focus on cost-efficiency and conversion within a limited geographic market.


Challenge


Cosmo Credit Repair came to us with zero online presence, no CRM, and no lead generation system in place. Operating in a limited geographic market with a tight budget, the business needed to build credibility from the ground up, generate a consistent flow of qualified leads, and convert those leads into paying clients—all without overspending. The key challenge was doing this efficiently in a niche where trust is everything and word-of-mouth alone wasn’t enough to scale.


Approach


Our approach began with setting up Google My Business to establish a local online presence. We then implemented review generation systems through email and SMS drip campaigns to build credibility and trust. Next, we configured the CRM pipeline stages to effectively sort and manage leads, followed by the development of automation flows for lead nurturing. Once these foundational elements were in place, we launched ad campaigns using scripted video content provided by the business owner. Running Facebook ads proved highly effective, with lead generation followed by phone-based qualification delivering the best results for the client.


Results


The solution began with optimizing Google My Business, which significantly boosted the client's local online presence and attracted visits from potential leads in the area. Automated review campaigns resulted in over 60 five-star reviews on Google, enhancing credibility and trust. Within the first 90 days, more than 400 high-quality leads were generated at a cost of under $3,800, achieving a conversion rate of 6–9%. The client successfully closed 24 of these leads, generating $19,200 in immediate revenue, with an estimated lifetime value exceeding $30,000 over the following 6 to 9 months.
