Multi-Location Dental Clinics (Canada)
We launched and optimized targeted Google and Facebook ad campaigns to drive high-quality patient leads for dental clinics across Toronto, Richmond, and Midtown. The result: strong conversion rates, low CPC, and scalable appointment generation in a highly competitive market.

Challenge
The objective was to attract new patients for dental clinics located across multiple cities in Canada, including Toronto, Richmond, and Midtown. The challenge involved maintaining a competitive cost per conversion while driving high-quality leads. With many dental practices competing locally, it was crucial to differentiate each clinic to stand out in a saturated market and encourage patient bookings.
Approach
For the Google Ads campaign, we created highly targeted search ads focused on high-intent keywords such as “dentist near me,” “cosmetic dentist,” and “dental implants.” We employed precise location-based targeting tailored to the specific cities and organized ad groups around core services like general dentistry, dental implants, and cosmetic procedures. The ad copy was crafted with compelling calls to action, such as “Book Now” and “Free Consultation,” to encourage immediate engagement.
On Facebook, we designed ad creatives that featured before-and-after images to build trust and demonstrate results visually. Video ads were also produced to highlight key treatments like smile makeovers and implant procedures, providing dynamic storytelling to capture attention. We implemented retargeting campaigns to nurture users who interacted with ads but hadn’t yet converted, while limited-time offers such as free consultations created a sense of urgency that boosted response rates.
Throughout the campaign, we continuously monitored performance data to optimize conversion rates and ad strength. Budgets were adjusted to prioritize the best-performing campaigns and cities, while audience targeting was refined based on click-through rates and conversion data to maximize lead quality and efficiency.


Results
The Google Ads campaigns achieved an impressive overall conversion rate of 18.52%, generating 2,394 conversions with an average cost per click of CA$2.12. The dental implants campaigns were especially successful, boasting a conversion rate of 28.21%.
On Facebook, video ads delivered 77 high-quality leads with an average cost per lead of CA$6.38, while retargeting efforts reached over 24,500 users with a cost per result of CA$6.45.
Across both platforms, the campaigns produced a total of 3.8 million impressions and more than 12,000 clicks, culminating in over 2,400 conversions. These efforts not only met but exceeded client expectations for lead generation and return on investment, successfully driving patient acquisition in a highly competitive healthcare market.
