We developed and executed a multi-channel ad strategy to generate high-quality broker leads for a US fintech platform. Through ad testing, audience scaling, and email drip optimization, we hit CPA targets and drove consistent quarter-over-quarter growth.

Challenge
The primary challenge was to develop an advertising strategy that effectively targeted niche-specific audiences, specifically lenders and brokers in the US. The goal was to generate high-quality leads at an efficient cost per acquisition (CPA) while also improving the lead nurturing campaigns to maximize conversions and engagement.
Approach
To address this, we conducted extensive research on the target audience as well as competitors to understand market dynamics. A comprehensive advertising strategy was developed encompassing Google Ads and Facebook Ads, along with exploratory testing on LinkedIn and Bing platforms. Various ad hooks and email drip campaigns were tested to identify the highest converting messaging.
Based on performance data, winning audiences were scaled to maximize reach while maintaining lead quality.


Results
The campaign successfully achieved a target CPA of $40 per lead for brokers and managed to scale ad campaigns without compromising lead quality.
Additionally, platform traffic was consistently increased, with a 20% growth each quarter, demonstrating both effective scaling and sustained lead performance.
