We executed a trust-focused Facebook ads campaign to generate high-quality buyer and listing appointments for real estate agents. Strategic messaging, retargeting, and credibility elements helped deliver strong CPL and conversion performance in a competitive market.

The campaign aimed to attract established real estate agents and brokers by generating high-quality buyer and listing appointments. The primary goal was to maintain a low cost per lead (CPL) without compromising lead quality. In a competitive industry where credibility is critical, building trust through social proof was also essential to increase overall conversion rates.


Approach


A data-driven strategy was implemented, beginning with in-depth audience research to refine Facebook targeting and ensure relevance to seasoned real estate professionals. Multiple ad creatives were developed, each built around a compelling hook—“30+ Buyer & Listing Appointments in 16 Weeks or You Don’t Pay”—to emphasize the unique selling proposition. Trust-building elements, including Trustpilot reviews and client testimonials, were integrated into both ad creatives and the landing page. The landing page was optimized with a focused value proposition, strong calls to action, and clear credibility markers. Additionally, retargeting campaigns were deployed to re-engage visitors who didn’t convert on their first interaction. Campaigns were continuously optimized using real-time performance data to maximize efficiency.


Results


The campaign outperformed industry benchmarks, achieving an average CPL of $69.91 while maintaining high lead quality. Over 70 qualified leads were generated, with a visit sign-up rate of 3.35%, indicating strong engagement. The campaign delivered a 3.0X return on ad spend (ROAS), exceeding the client’s expectations. By leveraging social proof and strategic messaging, the initiative significantly improved trust and conversion rates, positioning the client as a credible solution in a competitive real estate market.
