We deployed a multi-platform strategy to attract high-quality sales professionals, combining LinkedIn precision targeting with Google and Facebook retargeting to reduce CPA and improve application completion rates.

The objective was to attract top sales talent through highly targeted advertising campaigns. A key priority was to optimize the lead generation funnel to increase the completion rates of job applications. Additionally, the campaign needed to compete effectively with established job boards by maintaining a low cost per acquisition (CPA) while ensuring high-quality candidate
Approach
LinkedIn advertising was leveraged to specifically engage sales professionals with relevant experience and backgrounds. Remarketing campaigns on Facebook and Google were implemented to re-engage visitors who had previously interacted with the website. Google Search marketing targeted active job seekers searching for sales opportunities, while Google Display ads were used to boost brand awareness and support remarketing efforts.


Results
The campaigns achieved an impressive average CPA of $16 in 2021, significantly outperforming the initial target of $40 per lead. Across all paid media channels, a return on ad spend (ROAS) of 2.22X was generated. Furthermore, the impression share on Google increased notably, rising from 31% in 2020 to 42% in 2021, demonstrating increased visibility and competitive presence in the talent acquisition market.
